We've had to call for a few repairs on our older office toilets. FJ Hooks has been prompt, respectful/professional, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely continue to use them as needed.

I had a leaky Kohler brand kitchen faucet. When I called to describe the problem, the F.J. Hooks dispatcher recommended that I first contact Kohler to see if they would send me the parts for the repair before anyone from Hooks came to my house. Remarkably, Kohler sent me the parts at no charge (this was a 13-year-old, discontinued faucet)! Zach & Vaughn then installed the parts in just a few minutes, and presto, problem solved. Obviously, I appreciate the suggestion that I first contact the faucet manufacturer, and my overall (first time) experience was first rate.

Reliable. High quality service. A 4 rather than a 5 this go round as there were a couple of minor errors with a water overflow line for a water heater installation. To their great credit, they quickly responded to the inspector's punch list and corrected the issues. Highly recomended the glitch nontwithstanding.
