I received several kitchen remodeling estimates and SkillsDesign was the only company that suggested rearranging the layout which then allows me to have standard or full size appliances, instead expensive nonstandard sizes. So for less than the cost of the difference between a special size dishwasher and a standard size dishwasher, they suggested to rearrange the footprint and than my door would come out to my back porch, essentially adding square footage to my tiny house. Contrary tot he negative words expressed by another reviewer, I found Skill Construction to have gone above and beyond my expectations. I went in to using the services for what was starting off as a small renovation and finished as a great improvement. My Grandfathers 1955 home was in need of some freshening up and the new flooring that Skill installed brought the house back to life with some great personality and really updated this aging house without having to do really too much. They were great at keeping things simple and easy as well as getting the job done quickly so as to not have to cause my grandpa any inconvenience.
