“I wasn’t sure if I needed a new roof or not, but I needed a statement for my insurance company from a licensed, bonded, and insured roofer whether the roof was in satisfactory shape or needed replacement. I called a friend who has rental properties and is a building inspector and he said that James Jessie had just done a roof for him and he was very satisfied with his work. James was great to work with and very honest. I had our main home roof and then a large outbuilding. The house roof shingles were so bad the grit was coming off into the gutters. I had priced a replacement a few years earlier and despite the inflation of the past couple years, James gave me a great price for high-quality 50-year architectural shingles with a 10-year workmanship warranty. His crew showed up on time, and thanks to nice weather they totally finished both buildings in two days. They totally cleaned up after themselves without leaving a trace and hauled away the old shingles. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I was thoroughly satisfied from start to finish.
