They were so caring. The bedside manner was top notch. I was terrified that I might end up in the ER however the staff took every step to get me breathing normally again. I'm forever grateful for the care I received. It's very scary to be so far from home & experience something like this. Thank you again to the incredible staff!“

“I can not say enough about Optimum care! I get fantastic care every single time. The first time I went , was for my son. He was not diagnosed correctly at another urgent care and as soon as we got to our room the staff was great got him a breathing treatment and Ms. Athena PA-C was extremely caring and making sure he was comfortable she gave him all the proper care and treatment and he was well with in two days! The second time I went was for my self. I too was just sent off with ibuprofen at another urgent care two days later woke up miserable and decided to come to Optimum. I was so lucky to see Ms. Athena walk through the door and she remembered my son as well! My medical assistant Khizra was so amazing caring and thoughtful she listened to me gave me a breathing treatment made sure I was okay gave me water and crackers she was just over all so kind and so thoughtful and showed so much compassion. When I saw Ms. Athena I was so extremely happy and grateful just because I knew the care and compassion she showed to my son, I knew I would get the same treatment as well. She never made me feel rushed she did a thorough exam and turned out I ended up having bronchitis. She set me up with all the proper care and medication talked to me with compassion and care and answered all my questions. She goes above and beyond for her patients .I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. I will definitely recommend optimum and will continue to go in for urgent care treatment .“

“This is an excellent and convenient facility with flexible scheduling seven days a week. I have selected Dr. Murthy as my new primary health care provider. She is excellent and very responsive. Dr. Murthy listens to you, comes prepared for your appointment and takes her time. She has excellent resources for follow up and treatment. She makes excellent recommendations. Last week, when she was on vacation, I saw Evan Davies who is the PA. He was amazing. Reviewed my entire file before my appointment, knew my history and was aware of how Dr. Murthy was taking care of me. He knew exactly what was wrong, took his time to explain what I needed, answered all my questions and made sure Dr. Murthy knew what we were doing about my problem. This is a great team of providers.“
