“I've been going to this cleaners for about 12 years. I really wanted to do this review because I thought my favorite backpack was ruined by me carrying it only on one shoulder. I left it in the garage for a while and then someone told me to take it to a shoe repair. I took it to Towne, knowing they have a shoe repair. Not sure if it went out to the shoe repair, but they did a great job repairing the strap on the bag. I could not be happier...and the cost was peanuts. Love, love, love Mrs. Eve!!“

“Took my Uniform Alpha Coat to them to get dry cleaned and pressed. They did an awesome job. The even wrapped the buttons so they wouldn't get scratched/damaged during the cleaning/pressing process. I dropped my coat off after 5pm and got it back the next day. Super fast service. “I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sarah the other day. I took some alterations to her. I based my decision on the positive reviews found on Yelp. I brought in a faux leather skirt and dress slacks to be hemmed. She did a good job measuring and explained a higher back of hem to a longer front: which allows me to wear a flat or a 2inch heel, which I'm at an age where I don't wear higher than 2inches. I'm confident the garments will be perfect and Ms Sarah even stated once I got them home and decided I wanted/needed the items shorter, she would do at no charge. I was shocked at the cost, however the garments weren't of normal fabrics and style. As stated the skirt is faux leather and pants are wide leg. And because of those factors is why I chose to take them to a professional. Even though the price maybe higher for some, I don't mind paying for quality workmanship.“

“This is our go to cleaners, mostly my husband's work clothes. I've done drop offs and pick ups every now and then. We've had no issue with our clothing since going here; everything comes back nice, clean and pressed. I'm happy that they finally got a proper gate for their resident dog. Previously he/she was a bit unruly and would run for the door a lot. I don't mind dogs, but it being a business around people's clothes, it could be an issue if they're allergic.“
