I've been going to this cleaners for about 12 years. I really wanted to do this review because I thought my favorite backpack was ruined by me carrying it only on one shoulder. I left it in the garage for a while and then someone told me to take it to a shoe repair. I took it to Towne, knowing they have a shoe repair. Not sure if it went out to the shoe repair, but they did a great job repairing the strap on the bag. I could not be happier...and the cost was peanuts. Love, love, love Mrs. Eve!!
