“Docs are great but almost considered going elsewhere after multiple billing issues. The very last vendor my family uses that's stuck in the 20th century and doesn't have online bill pay. We have an HSA card and no checks for that. I've had them repeat back my credit card information on the phone while who knows who was listening. Otherwise great.“
