“I called Scott to advise of a pest problem I was having. Scott came out the very same day with a crew of three. I was asked to come under the house where I was shown missing and worn out vapor barrier, fungus on all of my floor joists, drooping insulation, and basically a perfect breeding ground for termites and other pests. I knew they were being honest because I visually saw everything and it was in the Home Inspector's report, about the fungus, when I bought the house four years earlier. I took their recommendation to pull out the old vapor barrier, replace with new and fasten together so it won't shift anymore, spray all of the floor joists, secure the insulation, and treat for termites. They arrived the very next day to do all of this work. It was a large crew who all worked very hard to finish the job by the end of the day. A previous owner had left some various debris under the house and Scott's crew removed all of it so I could haul away. The finished product is a nice clean crawlspace with secure insulation and a pretty glossy black vapor barrier. One final note to say how kind and professional he is. I called him, today, to advise that I had captured a cricket and a lizard in my sticky trap and asked if he could provide me with more. Scott said yes, refused to take any money for them, and had one of his crew swing by the house this evening to deliver them. Highly recommend!“

“I'm a full-time RVer. I caught a bug on the bed of my RV, put it in a bag, and took a picture of it. I had called quite a few pest control places and they all said it was a termite that had come into the RV from the spring swarm and that I shouldn't be worried.

Spence took one look at the photo and told me I had a powder post beetle problem. Unlike every other pest control I had contact, Spence told me to bring the RV over to his shop so that he could inspect.

I brought my RV and he inspected, had a handy person take a panel from the RV, and was able to show me that I wasn't crazy, but in fact, had a powder post beetle problem.
