Very nice person performing the pest control. Took her time with the job and explained what she was doing and provided insight regarding when we could expect a decrease for our pest activity. Very satisfied.
Punctual, personable and answered all questions. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased and would recommend the technician without reservation. Best customer service I've seen in quite awhile. Cost for the service is reasonable.
I have used this pest control service for a couple of years now. Quarterly service that is. They always check with me a couple of days before arriving, asking if there are any particular issues with which to deal. They knock on the door upon arrival, then do their thing.
