“Mark and his son did phenomenal work on multiple occasions with a house that has a split system HVAC. Incredibly knowledgeable, he can diagnose a problem and fix it without the typical replace the system sales pitch. He repaired a furnace in the winter, but also installed a new system in the upstairs zone when we knew it was nearing end of life and due to the rising cost of older R22 refrigerant. He even offered to take the old R22 out of the system being being replaced to recharge the downstairs system to give it a bit more life free of charge. Also, when the new system needed some duct work modifications to help balance the temperatures in the new upstairs zoning, he made the adjustment after the install to ensure the job was done right and to the desired outcome. “I had a really good experience today with ThermaCool. I came home to find my AC was not keeping up with the thermostat setting. I called a few places and they didn’t consider what I had going on an emergency and said they couldn’t get out until the next day.I came across ThermaCool and saw they had a 5star rating and so I decided to give them a shot. “I called Bradley Mechanical after a gas leak was discovered by another company. The other company was twice the price and sent an inexperienced technician. “Josh and his team were originally called to attempt to fix a blower on a 50+ year old oil furnace. The furnace was already barely operational, and the blower was tied into my central AC unit. Since the blower would no longer run the AC, while operational, had no way cooling the house. Two other HVAC services had investigated the issue and were unable to resolve. Josh diagnosed the issue and had me up and running with 10 minutes of arrival. While there I had him take a look at our oil furnace / central AC system and provide recommendations for replacement. The following Monday I was provided with an estimate for total removal of the old systems and replacement with a Trane (RunTru) packaged unit. Work began on August 26th and was completed on August 30th. This involved removal of an antiquated oil furnace in an earthen pit of the crawl space under my home. The area of work was quite confined and the temperature during the week of work was 98-100 degrees with a heat index of 105! The age of my home coupled with the condition and age of the existing equipment required extensive updating and retrofitting. The quality of work, thoroughness, timeliness, honesty, and communications were top-notch from beginning to end. Any question or concern was dealt with immediately. The price was very fair for the amount of labor, products, and materials. I originally solicited their services through a blind search. I did not want to utilize the service of one of the "big name" corporate companies. The small and local business search led me to the AirMaxx reviews, and I could not agree more with what others have said. They have become my current and future HVAC go to and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.“

“They do more work than dryer appliance servicers do, so hire these guys instead, because they will clean the whole thing. Also they wore little booties, so as not to track thru house, came on time, (little early, but ok) and got work done fast. Before they left they turned on dryer to make sure it worked, and it did. I had clothes dryer ductwork cleaned (reasonable), not HVAC air ductwork, which they also do, plus they change out boots under vents in floor if you need that too. So I think I will use them again in the future for those other things. They seemed to know what they were doing, but time will tell.“

“I do extensive research before I buy any product especially a new AC and gas furnace. They only use Trane HVAC so I was able to find out that I had 2 models to choose from and spoke to their supplier. From there I found the model numbers and was able to be very specific about what I wanted. I called them frequently during this process being a real pest, I’m sure, asking many many questions before ever signing a contract. They are 17+miles away and some company’s don’t want to travel that far.
I compared prices with other companies for the same product and luckily we had a cool spring so I time to do without AC. Their price was lower than expected and the installation went well although the duct work filter rack had alignment issues. I was told ahead of time that my duck work was not included. So I decided to wait on writing this review even though my Trane system is working beautifully. I continued to be really frustrated about how difficult it is to slide my filter into place during the 6 month and 1 year inspections but this last inspection 4 weeks ago, Jose’ helped me understand my duct work filter problem and offered some new solutions. I am a challenging customer and they were reasonable and polite, on time, and I am happy so far and I have Trane guarantee as well. ??“
