Precision has always been very quick, professional, and reasonably priced when we called to have the pipes cleaned out. Then it finally came time to have our cast iron pipes upgraded to PVC. “I have had Millers for a few years now. They do the twice a year maintenance and they have done well and kept my system running even tho its older. I signed up for their membership and its been mostly well done until recently. I was given a great heads up notice by Millers that I should get my second tuneup done. I signed up but the turnaround time was months later. I took it but I ended up calling back and getting and earlier date. The day arrived and it was a late window. The tech arrived and didnt seem to be having a great day. He seemed friendly but his work just wasnt up to snuff. Nowhere near what I am use to with Millers. I had to call the next day and email Millers about the issues. Charlene(customer service manager) was ALL over it without hesitation. I sent her photos of what wasn't addressed and she made sure to reschedule a new appointment within the week with a veteran tech and offered a free year of maintenance. THAT is how you make things right. The second guy who came out was eager and much better. Charlene helped me to get things all together. She is an absolute asset to this company and without her, I was taking my money to a competitor and quickly! Thank you Charlene!“
