“A great first experience at Posture Studio, trying Pilates for the first time. Lisa explained the principles and offered guidance in an enjoyable and engaging manner.There was plenty of opportunity for personal attention in the six-person class. In fact, Lisa tuned into a slight injury that I am recovering from without me bringing it up, and helped me accommodate.I appreciate how I could feel that so many muscle groups were activated, so my body felt all-around invigorated. “Although it’s a bit pricey, it’s probably the best gym/fitness center around town (other than ones from the university). You can definitely get your money’s worth if you take advantage of everything they have to offer. Downtown location is nice. Staff is helpful and kind. Equipment is solid. Classes are enjoyable. I would recommend people to join.“
