Pretty nice. Pretty pricey but lots of nice things that most gyms don't have.Oddly they just got rid of their only Olympic barbell and now have zero Olympic barbells, despite having bumper plates for Olympic lifts.

Wish I started ACAC years ago.1st class facility, great equipment. friendly helpful staff, clean. Recommend to start with the Prep program. They will train you how to start to use the equipment.

Love the therapy pool and the helpful staff and PTs. I've always been very impressed by the whole facility. I was a member for many years but allowed my membership to lapse.I have since experienced a spinal cord injury and everyone has been so helpful during my PREP time. I will be joining permanently in June. Thanks!
