I had a wool rug which had so many stains on it due to being a light colored rug in a multi-pet home. My latest puppy had really done a number on it with his antics - things like eating one of my bright red lipsticks on the carpet and leaving it looking like a crime scene.Rudy’s was very open and honest about what they were or weren’t likely able to correct with cleaning. I decided to go for it anyway, since it wasn’t in the budget to buy a new rug right now.Wow! What they returned to me was so much better than I’d expected!! We've been using Rudy's for our rug cleaning for years now and appreciate the care they take with our rugs. They perform an initial assessment of the rug's condition and services that will be performed. You leave with the total cost of the process so there are no surprises as well as the time (usually 2 weeks) it will take to clean them. They have always been on time and the cost has never changed.Services: Pet stain & odor removal

Great service, reasonable prices! I was very pleased with two recent transactions here - one for a living room rug that had been "soiled" by our sick dog - made odor free and beautiful again! And one for our boat rug - made stain free and ready for the next boating season!
