“I had a wool rug which had so many stains on it due to being a light colored rug in a multi-pet home. My latest puppy had really done a number on it with his antics - things like eating one of my bright red lipsticks on the carpet and leaving it looking like a crime scene.Rudy’s was very open and honest about what they were or weren’t likely able to correct with cleaning. I decided to go for it anyway, since it wasn’t in the budget to buy a new rug right now.Wow! What they returned to me was so much better than I’d expected!! It looks more or less like a new rug…all things considered. To the non-professional eye, I think they worked wonders.Everyone was lovely to deal with, and the price was quite fair. It was less expensive than having an in-home extraction cleaning done (for to minimums those services charge), and the results far exceeded what I’ve seen with those type cleanings.I’ll be using Rudy’s again when needed!“
