However, after the nice + quick appt a woman named Roberta ushered me into her office to try and sell a $3000 package for shaping my jaw (way out of my budget). I said “no” as nicely as possible in many different ways to which she kept pushing and said “you can’t even put a $99 deposit down?”
I didn’t realize the Instagram ad was a way for them to upsell other offerings but it made me a little sad she kept saying I needed a more snatched jaw.“
