I had a great experience at Luxura. The atmosphere is very fancy and luxurious (as the name implies!) and I felt pampered the whole time. People were also friendly and the facial I received was great.

I booked my mom a facial at their Charlottesville location after I had my facial at their Short Pump location. She had amazing compliments about her experience, I am getting gift cards for all friends and family to both locations. Thank you for an amazing experience and taking care of my mom.

The staff were professional and sweet. Lauren was my aesthetician and she was nice with the first question being around my concerns and explained every step. The location is also ideal especially if you are around shopping. Lauren also reviewed what Luxura offers, should I chose to be back for further treatments and maintenance.
