“We developed a leak in a flat roof designed to be an upstairs access deck on our 1970s home. The roof decking and older railings needed to be replaced and the water damage to the wall in our room below repaired. Every other roofing company I got quotes from wanted me to figure out the interior repairs on my own and would only subcontract the new railings. Sparkk Construction treated my requirement as their project and quoted me the entire scope of work because they are a full service contractor certified in roofing instead of a roofer who "doesn't do that". The result is I have two matching and usable deck areas with railing to modern code standards. Before the decks were covered with the white rubber roofing that isn't made for the heavy traffic and furniture of a deck. Now we can make them outdoor living spaces. Of course I got quotes. The only other company (a roofing company) who offered the same Dec-Tec surface quoted at least 50% higher without including the railing and water damage repairs. Sparkk Construction offers the same quality at better value. Finally, I found both Thomas, who did our estimate, and Oscar who was overall in charge of the project to both be very responsive, thorough and fair. All the on-site crew foremen were also easy to work with. I recommend Sparkk Construction for quality, value, and friendly service for a broad range of roofing and home construction and repair needs. I am very happy with the work they did for us and would use them again.“

“I have used AN Exterior for different jobs. For the first job a tree fells and damaged the front of the house. They completed the job in one day and also repaired a hole in our roof as a branch fell the day before they came out. I then used AN Exterior for our second property, which they replaced the roof, facia board and gutters. The price was fair, the work was completed successfully and on-time. My only advise is that you stay in contact with them via email, and they will usually respond on the same day or next.“
