“It is pretty much impossible to have consistent Physical therapy. There are 3 requirements which are doctor's prescription, assessment and insurance approval. When I can get an appointment the therapy is very good. I have been trying to be able to make future appointments. When they say I can I miss minimum one week, because they are already booked. I have tried everything I can think of to try and talk to someone that can comprehend or fix this problem.. I tried once again to speak to a manager I have physically been here since 8 am. I am at Manassas office. I have called Gainesville office. Could please tell who may be able to help with appointments.“

“When I first met with Matt Barnes at Optimal Motion in early 2023, I was afraid to run. With an osteoarthritic hip, piriformis syndrome and sciatica, the running I loved had dwindled to next to nothing. “Several months ago I had the good fortune of beginning treatment for my back and shoulder with this clinic. The professionalism, good bedside manner, attention to detail and sound treatment plan has certainly made the environment here worthy of emulation. When ever I come into the clinic Rehana provides a very pleasant greeting and is very good about working through some of the nonsensical issues presented by my insurance company. Alex has been an outstanding therapist and really took the time to understand what my injuries were, how they affected my daily life, develop a plan to put me on a positive path to recovery and implemented it at an optimal pace. Ryan was patient and thoroughly explained each exercise that we were implementing. Elony was an intern in the office and certainly did a super job working in tandem with Alex and Ryan to rebuild me. They invested countless hours working with my insurance company, which was difficult at best, appealing for and finally securing authorization for my treatment. They are a great team that puts patients first and I highly recommend them!“

“Every person that I had contact with at the Sterling Jackson Clinic was fantastic. Makese, the patient care manager, is absolutely lovely and also incredibly efficient and effective. He made scheduling (and rescheduling) almost effortless, and walked me through any payment questions I had. The type of customer service and organisation required to run a clinic like this is very difficult, but Makese makes it look easy. Ryan, the exercise specialist, was a lot of fun to work with and was able to engage my teenage daughter (not always an easy feat). The PTs we saw are unfortunately no longer there, but they were both excellent as well - receptive to our needs, always up-to-date on our progress, and never in a rush to get to the next patient. I would recommend (and have recommended) this clinic to anyone who needs PT.“
