Osman placed traps in the lower level over a month ago but hasn’t come back yet to check the traps to see if there are rodents trapped. Please have him come back asap to do that. According to his notes, he checked outside the house but we need the inside checked out.Service: Rodent extermination
responsive company, flexible schedule, friendly staff and communicative. While the roach issue isn’t from our apartment as there are only 1 or two that show up every few months, the company helps us keep a larger infestation from growing.
GREAT SERVICE! My technician Osman was respectful, kind, and empathetic. He understood my frustration with roaches in my home. Osman put everything he got: baits, sticky traps, and a chemical spray treating every corner. I am very satisfied with him as a professional. However, it is too soon to say if the treatment works. This is day 3 so far…but GOOD NEWS! Nothing was caught in the sticky traps as of yet.
