I asked them to call me to arrange visits because I am wheelchair bound, my kid & husband works, I don't have my computer on 24/7; so actual human communication is my preferred method of being notified. I asked for afternoon visits. That wasn't done. But the guy did what I asked when he got here. The rest of the inconvenience might be administrative.
