Been there twice. No issues so far. They're very quick for regular services. I've only ever had pants taken in and up. I usually go to Mr. Lee's in Fairfax, but this one is closer to home, so I may have to start going here instead. The only problem I have is they're not open on Sundays and they aren't open for long after traditional business hours.

To say they have terrible customer service is a complete understatement. I took a suit into them to get it tailored and they rushed me in and out. And charged me a pretty penny to get maybe 3-4 locations altered. When I came back to try it on I had some small concerns about the fit and the work done. The younger of the employees basically did not care about anything I had to say. I had the worst experience with a tailor at Suh's. We had a suit and bridesmaid dress tailored for a wedding and feel like we were way overcharged for starters. However, that wasn't the worst part...their customer service is absolutely horrible and I don't think I've ever encountered a business so unprofessional. They lost the pants the week of the wedding and refused to pay the price to replace them. I even went into the store to talk to them twice and they brushed me off. The mom who runs the store doesn't speak a lick of english and had to call her daughter to talk to me.
