I am honestly baffled that people are giving this place one star reviews, There is a reason Zips is cheaper than regular dry cleaners. 1. This store (not all stores though) is a pickup store meaning clothes are cleaned and pressed at a main plant QC is more difficult. 2. Hands rarely touch the clothes when pressing; speed and volume is what makes Zips financially viable. So with those two things in mind, it won’t be perfect.People also often suffer from the spotlight effect: the belief that they have an outstanding characteristic showing when in fact no one noticed, or even cares about your issue.

Oh my god where do I even begin! I brought in a comforter at 10:30 this past Saturday. The kind young man told me that it would be ready at 5:00. Which first of all, SAME DAY that is absolutely craAAAaaazzzy. And then to put the Cherry on top of this Dry Cleaning experience. The young man called 3 hours early to say it was FINISHED EARLY! would recommend

I had a comforter laundered. It is clear that it was not removed from the dryer promptly and then just shoved inyo the plastic bag. It is a wrinkled mess. For $25 to wash something, I expected more.Services: Laundry wash & fold
