“Mr Roger’s Electricity completely updated the electricity panel that was built in 1966… upon examination the workers discovered 4 circuit breakers that had multiple circuits attached rather than 1 circuit. My house was built with just a 100 amp circuit. I was not aware of that situation. Given all the items I have on my home if too many items were turned on I would be approaching that level. The crew, working with Dominion raised the current to 200 amps. This crew earned 5 stars for their effort and attention to every electrical my 60+ years old home needed upgrade. While finishing the panel It was discovered that the 1966 outlets put on my house when it was built were actually coming apart into pieces of plastic. Given the possibility of fire I asked the team to examine every outlet in my house and replace every plug with a new one. If I have another electrical needs…. I will call this company. Yelp grades this company with over 300 5 star reviews…. I will add another.“

“It's currently November 2024 and I've needed service from Jab & Son twice. 1st time was to replace 2 exterior lights. But the 2nd service was unexpected and for an emergency electrical panel replacement. I heard a crackling sound in my electrical panel in the morning. I called and said that I have a situation and explained what I heard. Abraham stated he could be at the house in the evening since I had to be at an appointment earlier that afternoon. He & his crew showed up at 7 PM and replaced the panel. I was impressed with the professionalism, work ethic, responsiveness, and communication. Abraham assessed the issue and discovered that my breakers were failing and burning out. The entire project took a good 4 hours if I'm not mistaken. It was late when they left but I can sleep knowing that my house is safe due to the new electrical panel. I think I received a fair price based on my research the next morning. Either way I'm just thankful that the issue was resolved in the same day. I plan on using this company for all of my future electrical needs in the future.“

Longer version: Had multiple electrical projects around the house and needed an electrician. These guys were recommended by a neighbor so I tried them out on a single recessed light fixture that wouldn’t turn on. They figured out the issue, rewired it, and got it working again.

Have since used them for multiple projects and will likely continue to do so in the future. They’re professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Autumn Electric.“

“We were most pleased with the electrical work that Steve and Mike did for us in preparing our kitchen for an update. Steve was easy to get a hold of and carefully worked out the details of what was needed. We valued his expertise in recommending the type of under cabinet lighting and switch boxes we would need for a future tile backsplash. He was able to the schedule the work within a week of the call and then he and Mike worked hard and without a lunch break to get it all done in one day. They were creative in figuring out how to add a new outlet for us without having to go into our basement and add new wiring and a junction box, which saved us money. I highly recommend Steve's company. He knows what he's doing and is pleasant to do business with.“

“I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved.
