No matter what I need, when I briefly moved to New Mexico the staff provided me with a copy of his complete file in no time, they are truly the best. The vet always asks if I have any concerns or if I've noticed any strange behavior and addresses my concerns kindly. I'll never go anywhere else, I refer everyone I know here!“

“I and my husband have been a client of Dr. Swanson for at least 30 years. My husband passed away in 2015 and I have lived alone with the 3 dachshund dogs we bought when they were 8 weeks old.<br><br>We began bringing our dachshund’s to you when your office was across from Jimmy Phillips. Remember the lady who bought the cat in she found on the side of the road. It was injured and very sick looking. You were sooooooooooooooo<br>Mad ? saying why do all these people bring these road animals in…”Who’s going to pay for the work I have to do”<br><br>One dog passed about 3 years ago due to kidney failure and I still enjoy the company of the 2 females.<br><br>They are about 12 years old and recently they became ill with a “coughing wheezing” sound and have trouble breathing. Overnight they turned from active happy dogs into barely eating or moving around.<br><br>Now on a very limited income I called Dr. Swanson and asked if he would do a health check on my<br>dogs but I could not afford to pay for it.<br><br>He refused and I understand that. He wants to be paid for the service he renders.<br><br>A 30 year client may have been offered a payment option from someone with a heart ❤️ .<br><br>I could not have been more disappointed.<br><br>I’ve always felt you had a cold heart ❤️ BUT NOW I KNOW!!!!!“

“Sunday my 11 year old dachshund seemed to have a UTI. My regular Vet was closed. I called Glenkirk and they said to bring her in and she would be seen immediately. Dr Naqi and staff were friendly, competent and took care of her with professionalism. She has a UTI which was found by urinalysis. We left with a full, 2 week Rx. I thought their fees were normal and reasonable. The staff was very compassionate as I was stressed. Many thanks to each person ? *They also called Monday morning to ask how she was doing!“
