The hairdresser was super kind and gave me great tips for my hair frizziness and was a pleasure to work with. The studio was pretty, calm, and right in Ashland so it was very convenient. The people who work at ***, are, not only professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable they are also very kind. I could not be serviced for several days after my initial quote, so, they sent over a technician to set up a portable conditioner immediately. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard at ***, and to their supervisors and managers who set such a high standard.

Chris with Bromac was wonderful. We had some damage from an inproper water heater install and they were on top of it. They assisted me through the insurance process and helped me with questions on the liability of the company who did the original work. They were on time with scheduling and left my house in complete order when they left. It is as if the damage was never done! I would highly recomend their construction services. A++ rating!
Excellent experience with Stone Craft. It was a very easy process for us from beginning to end. We are thrilled with our new bathroom countertops & sinks. It was a total transformation for our bathrooms and in less than 2 weeks and very affordable! 100 percent recommend.

Recently I called Haven House at the last minute, I was at the restaurant next door and hoping they had some pre-made flower bouquets I could grab & go for a dance recital. When I told her what I was looking for, she offered to make a specialty wrapped one for me "just give her 5 minutes". When I arrived it was a beautiful wrapped bouquet perfect for our little dancer. Even included a wet foam wrap to keep the flowers from wilting while we waited through the show! So kind and helpful! I have already praised her kindness to others in just the couple of days since, will definitely look to use them first for small gifts or flowers in the future!

I had a dishwasher that decided to have a disastrous death by causing a leak that destroyed my floors. My insurance company called in ServPro, and I have to say these guys are the absolute best. As someone who works in the construction industry, I have some knowledge of how these things go. My initial contact was with Amy and I can say, she is the absolute best! She explained the entire process to me up front and what to expect, so there were no surprises. She called me within the hour after I got off the phone with my insurance adjuster. The very next day Chris and his crew came in and they were so professional and personable. I felt as if I were talking with a family member. They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing as they were going along, and what the expectations were going forward. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend this location!!!

Walked in Monday evening and they didn't have any availability but offered to see what they had for today. Melanie had room to squeeze me in for a pedicure at 12:30 during my lunch break. She took the time to find a solution to my short notice and was fantastic. Her and Vincent were cheerful and happy to assist. I have been getting my nails done at Vi Nails since they opened. They have become a part of my family. I have watched their growth throughout the years and love how they cater to their customers. From the moment you walk through the door they have a warm greeting and they often know every customer's name. They greet you with a smile and are so welcoming. Oftentimes as you are receiving your services you can find talks and laughter. Vi Nails offers manicures and pedicures as well as waxing . All services by every nail tech are very well done. They take special care and take their time making sure you feel good and look good! A family owned business that is outstanding in service and welcoming atmosphere.
The prices are high compared to what I'm used to, but the nail lasts a long time. The staff is friendly and pleasant.

Andrew did his thing!!! If you like long and a precise shape for your nails he is your guy. He went above and beyond to make sure the shape was 110% perfect and exactly how I wanted. I can’t wait to wear these up until the very last day they’re holding on. He was up for challenge and took his time to make sure I was receiving exactly what I wanted. 10/10!!! ❤️

Cleanliness: I am so relaxed during the massage that I drift off to sleep. The salon's decor is wonderful, and I plan to return for a manicure in the future.
Ms. Lee is my GIRRRL since my Original review, my nails have only gotten better. I'm SOOOOO happy with my sets now. They're crisp everytime, and 9/10 times, I don't have to say anything bc Ms. Lee pays CLOSE attention to the details she's 10/10 -- and I only go to her! I'll also say, she's so polite and makes me feel so welcome!! She's the reason I come back. I tipped a little extra for Christmas, and in return I got a little bag w lotions!! Love the welcoming & caring vibes from her!

Amanda is the best stylist in the Richmond area!! I've wasted so much money at high-end salons never happy with the outcome; I had Amanda fix my hair after a stylist gave me a terrible cut and she gave me exactly what I wanted. My daughter & I have been going to Styles Unlimited since and always leaving happy with gorgeous hair. Also, best tanning prices around with a variety of beds to choose from.
Trucky is awesome! So personable and accomodating. She does a great job and I get so many compliments on my hair!

Minors was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our job was small, but Minors didn’t treat us as if we were an inconvenience! The fence looks great and we are very pleased!

Wonderful bedside manner and never does me wrong. Always does good work and is a small family owned business. They really know what they are doing and they really care about your health. They don't over prescribe, or do unnecessary procedures and fillings. I moved away but still travel to see Hefele.

I will never go to another dentist ever again. Dr. Thomas is the kindest most caring dentist I've ever been to. He stands behind his work and does a great job. I feel comfortable when I'm there (which is rare for me in any doctors office) and his staff is very sweet. I always have an all around great experience here.
This practice is fantastic! I am not one that likes to go to the dentist, but Drs. Korpics and Spears are awesome dentist and make you feel at ease. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming! I can't recommend them enough.

I was nervous to visit a chiropractor for the first time since I have a joint condition that puts me at extra risk for injury under the care of someone unfamiliar with it. Dr. Holland was not only well educated in my condition, which is a rarity, but had a great bedside manner. I felt at ease very quickly. I can only speak for my experience but I felt a small amount of pain relief right away; and for the first time ever I have some hope that I could reach a point where my condition doesn't have so much of a say in how I live my day to day life.
She worked magic! I didn't realize how much chiropractic could do for me! What a difference in how I feel and move!! I will be back!Great facility as well

I'm so grateful for these people who contribute to people with animals in need. I explained how my husband had passed away and my finances were low. They helped me out with cat food and dog food I have a great pyrenees and she needs a lot of food. I was so happy that I could come home and feed my animals and make them happy. Ashcake animal clinic has been our vet for over 20+ years. Dr. Steve and Dr Linda and all there staff are friendly and so amazing with our dogs.
Dr. Linda is very thorough and explains everything ensuring the pet owner understands. She is very compassionate and has a lot of empathy for the owners and the animals. The wait can be long at times but I know she is giving other people the time they need like she did with my mother and now with me. The supporting staff is just as awesome as she is. They are very compassionate, organized, and keep the office going in top notch fashion. From the ladies at the front desk to the technicians. You can tell the staff enjoys their job. They have been there a long time. Everyone gets to know you and your pet and this is helpful Thank you to everyone at Ashcake animal clinic. You make my pets life and my life much happier.
I had the best experience with my dog Cash today! My mom was the one in charge of all of Cash's vet care and sadly she passed away almost a year ago. Everyone I encountered today was extremely understanding and compassionate. Dr. Gretchen was amazing! She was so patient with me and all of my questions,she answered them honestly and put so much of my anxiety at ease! Cash is such an amazing,smart and kind dog and I'm so lucky to have him in my life and I'm extremely grateful my Mom had chosen such kind and amazing people for his veterinary care!!

I have been bringing Bayou (hound lab beagle pit mix) to Chennault for several years for boarding, vaccines, and wellness checks. Sometime I think he loves them more than me ??. This last visit he had a nagging cough, needed a vaccine and he was there for boarding. I was able to enjoy my vacay knowing he was in good hands and would be getting a pup cup! I picked him up and left with the meds and home care instructions for the doc! We're happy!
Biloxi "Bayou" loves this place when I travel. He is a handful but they are super good with him. I get text reports with pictures and they send a report card home.

Love! love! love this groomer!! Clean, caring facility. Great staff and absolute great grooming ideas and grooming is on point. Never disappointed. My pets are cared for and groomed with precise cuts and a little love. We are a permanent customer.
We've been going here for 5 years. Followed her when she moved locations and drive 45 min to still go to her because everytime we've tried another groomer we're disappointed. I don't know what magic she's using to get done what now one else has been able to but I'd drive 2 hrs if need be for Maddix to be groomed by the best.
I bring my golden doodle to four paws for boarding and daycare. When we arrive he can't wait to get inside to go play. He loves coming here.
