A1 was at my house in under an hour fixing my issue. I had tried calling 5 other plumbers in the area, and either no answer, or too busy. John my technician was Amazing, and I appreciate him fixing my problems so quickly!
I am updating my review of A1 Sewer and Drain...There was an issue with a service call that I wasn't very happy with. Although we were met with dignity and respect, there was a service charge that was not to our satisfaction. Upon hearing my complaint, the company reached out to me directly and listened to my concerns. They offered an acceptable solution that worked for everyone and they did this without hesitation. They immediately provided the solution, and they showed us that that they truly are a stand up company that wants to do honest reliable work to earn customer business. Michael at A1 really went to bat for us as customers. He was very professional, and represented us when talking to the manufacturer about a warranty issue.
