“We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful.In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work. They assured us they were going to take care of everything, communicated frequently and clearly about what needed to be done, gave us a timeline for the work which they were able to successfully stick to, and all of the work itself was fantastic, and the people we interacted with were extremely friendly. Justin and Dumitru were wonderful especially, and did such a great job with the work that I can't say enough how happy we are after having such an awful experience with a different company previously.I would absolutely suggest United Water Restoration Group if you want to work with a reliable company that is both professional and friendly.
