When I called to have them come back they responded right away and sent the same person to fix it as he knew the job already. It was a little tricky where the leak was so understandable they missed it the first time. They fixed it right away and didn’t charge us. I was very pleased with their service and for making it right. Definitely recommend!“

Matt showed up right on time and headed to the attic, where he explained what he saw and talked me through his inspection. After getting a $15,000 estimate from another contractor, Matt said my issues didn't warrant a major overhaul. Instead he provided much more practical and affordable alternatives. Within 24 hours he had come to my house (even though I wasn’t there; I had a guest staying), he assessed the damage and repaired the damage. What is critical to note is the following. Although most of the leak stopped, there was still a small amount of water getting in so I emailed Charli .
