He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He was extremely friendly and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining how he addressed each problem. He showed us how to remove the covers of two under-cabinet light fixtures. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day. He spent an hour at our home, and his extensive repairs and education were well worth the $199 flat rate. We have used Autumn Electric several times, and have always been extremely satisfied!“
