Christopheros arrived on time, was very professional, pleasant, and knowlegeable about the issue. He wore a face mask (maybe N95 or KN95) and maintained social distancing, which I really appreciate. The repair only took a few minutes. He provided a detailed background on the cause of the issue and patiently answered all my questions. Everyone I spoke to were pleasant and very professional. My stove and a few outlets were out and I called PSE thinking they would set up an appointment to come out and 'fix' my problem .... I had already checked my breakers. Tony took my call and had me check an outlet with a cutoff ... reset it and Bingo! There was power! No charge! They could have easily came out and charged me - but they didn't - That is excellent service and this company gets my vote!
