I highly recommend Erica if you're looking for a massage therapist.“

2201 Mt Vernon Ave, Alexandria“I started going to Melissa years ago for colonics and have since felt very comfortable referring others to her. I recall being very awkward about getting this service for the first time. Once I was on the phone doing a brief, but, important intake with Melissa I knew I chose the right person. For me so much stress was relieved after being on the phone as Melissa answered questions I didn't even know I had. I absolutely feel comfortable referring Melissa as she makes you feel comfortable and has over 20 years experience in this field and shares a ton of information.“

I feel like any level of yoga could be practiced at the class I went to (beginner, moderate, advanced) - because the instructor offered modifications to make the poses both easier and more challenging if needed. I also loved the warm, clean, inviting vibe of the studio. Will absolutely return to try out more classes!“

7867 Heneska Loop, Alexandria“Best la fitness in DMV hands down!
Clean, cool and people have good workout etiquette. Although aerobics room is bigger than let’s say Springfield’s, this gym has no punching bags. Springfield for comparison has 6 and Landmark la fitness has 2.
I’ll gladly come back here and update my review to 5 stars once we get some heavy bags. Thanks in advance“
“After several years of steaming with Mayasa, I did the yoni steam practitioner training with her. This was one of the most amazing experiences. Not only do I feel fully prepared to offer an holistic approach to womb steaming and healing this experience was healing for me as well. There is yoni steaming and then there is holistic, mind, body, and spirit yoni steaming. I would take any class offered by Mayasa. She is a gem and a light.“
