Refresh has been great over the past few months - a variety of classes for all abilities, as well as times. The instructors are informative and each have their own unique style. Wonderful community, highly recommend!

I was so lucky to find this studio! The slow flow and gentle flow classes are exactly what I was looking for and the teachers have been amazing. The studio is spacious and you never feel like you are on top of one another.

I'm in town for the week for some very long days of work. This evening I had the chance to get away and take a yoga class with Kelsey, and I'm so grateful that I did. It was the reset I needed, and Kelsey was a wonderful instructor. Namaste ?
