I had some major issues rescheduling my massage due to technical difficulties with Spirit's system, and I had an even worse experience with the business's customer service rep. However, by eventually getting ahold of Melvin, I was able to reschedule my appointment and have him fix the scheduling system error.

In terms of the actual massage, Melvin did a wonderful job! He was polite, attentive, and most of all extremely knowledgeable about human musculature. He was a master at identifying tight muscles and releasing them. If you prefer to talk during massages, Melvin is knowledgeable about a host of other topics as well!
