He always makes me feel comfortable and the firmness is perfect (I like firm but not deep tissue). I have also had a facial here and it was wonderful (dermatologica products). “Decided last minute I was going to treat myself to massage since family works nearby. Loved loved the massage! I wish they had smelly scents in the room vs in hallway. That would’ve helped me relax a bit more. Sheets kinda smelled like feet :/. They didn’t smell like fresh downy or lavender or like the hallway. Also was a tad cold. So took off one star. The woman that massaged me was sooo good! She knew exactly where I was having the issue even without me telling her. If anything would only come back to see her. Atmosphere is ok.“
