I had Marks-Woods give an assessment on a large remodel I was thinking about. They were able to schedule things super fast and walk me through all of the different things that need to be considered when doing a remodel in old town. I ended up not being able to do the remodel, because I was at my Floor Area Ratio Limit (which he explained to me) but overall it was great service and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Marks-Woods did a fantastic job on our recent home renovation project! This is the second remodel we've done on our home. We went with a smaller, less expensive company the first time around and needless to say, we got what we paid for. For our second remodel, we refused to go through the same headaches and looked for a full service general contractor. We got proposals from several companies, but none of them compared to the level of detail we received from Marks-Woods. That level of detail continued throughout the whole project.
