Ordered 20 yards of topsoil online. Received email asking for confirmation of address/phone almost immedieatly. Delivery scheduled for today. Received a call from the driver when he was about an 45 min out. He arrived and dropped it exactly where asked. Very courteous. No issues. Soil quality is good. No issues with it either.

Easy to order (online or by phone), prices are clear. Delivery was quick and driver was competent and dropped load on tarp as instructed. Communication was clear. The product (Black Hardwood Double Shredded Mulch) is nice quality and is holding the color. We order every year from JK and have always been very happy.

Excellent! I was greeted with a pleasant voice that assisted me with my online order and clarified the difference in the top soils. The order was confirmed and I received my delivery date and timeframe. The morning of I was contacted by the delivery driver who also provided excellent customer service. He verified the order and confirmed the drop location. Quick 5 Star Service.
