Just finished a 60-minute Hot Stone treatment, and as always, I am feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend this experience, for all that are in need of relaxation.
I had heard about Lameka’s magic hands from friends so I decided to take my tense self to see what these hands could do! Hands Body Soul is situated a couple blocks from Old Town inside a charming salon. Lameka took the time to ask about what I was looking for in a massage and any problem areas I had before we started. I added on aromatherapy to enhance the relaxing vibes already present in the room. My massage was everything I needed it to be with relief to my neck, shoulders and hips. Lameka also offered tips for stretches to help me with my hips since I sit at a desk for work. Highly recommend a massage with Lameka to add to your self-care routine.
