“The GBC team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bath remodel at the same time and in time with project projections. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.“

“I am beyond thrilled with Arlandria Floors. My original plan was to replace parquet flooring in a condo I'd just bought, but realized it would be more economical and environmentally responsible to refinish them. After getting estimates from a few places, I chose Arlandria Floors based on how detail oriented they were when we walked through the job and their professionalism. Raymond spent a lot of time with me going through options and ideas and recommendations. They weren't the cheapest, but neither were they much more expensive than the least expensive option. It was the right choice--Hector and his crew finished in 2.5 days and left the place cleaner than when they started. No dust, no mess at all. They warned me that I might have to touch up the baseboards after sanding, but they were so careful and precise that it's not necessary. The photos show before/after of the stairs, and the contrast between the dark old stain and the lovely natural color uncovered after sanding. I now love the parquet that's original to the house. Highly recommend.“

It was an very reasonable price and the installation was quick and efficient. At that time I mentioned how much I liked the rug hanging in the wall behind his desk. Fast forward 3 years and my husband and I are discussing new floors. We call Hassan and he remembers my name and that I was getting married and that I loved the rug! Three years later! That being said we bought the rug and one other and will be purchasing flooring from him as well. Really this company is remarkable.
