“Ken is such a gem! Love her! I went to a DIFFERENT salon and the stylist cut off 8 inches of my hair without my permission (I know, traumatizing). Ken totally understood my situation and was so considerate thru the entire process. She explained each step before making any cuts. She totally gained my trust!
