“Ken is such a gem! Love her! I went to a DIFFERENT salon and the stylist cut off 8 inches of my hair without my permission (I know, traumatizing). Ken totally understood my situation and was so considerate thru the entire process. She explained each step before making any cuts. She totally gained my trust! Sounds dramatic but I got a little emotional when she was done bc how good it turned out and how amazing I was treated thru the whole experience. Still sad my long hair is gone but I’m really happy with the outcome!“
