“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“

I paid I think $160 for everything which was great for me! YESTERDAY I took in ONE Aries’s dress chiffon material floor length. She quoted me $169 and then $90!!! I took it to another place for $25.<br><br>the lady us so nice but i was shocked she wanted to charge me that much for one simple dress.“

“Thirty years ago next month I brought this bridal gown to Henrie’s for cleaning and preservation treatment. It was placed in a beautiful white box with a clear plastic window for display, and sealed closed with white duct tape. I’ve been able to admire the bodice through the window over the years, which they carefully stuffed with acid-free tissue so I could remember my girlish figure ?, but until today I have never broken the seal. I always wondered if the terrible black stains on the hem of the dress (incurred from a long wedding day) came out, or if the cost of preserving the dress was worth it. I am posting this review to share the utter delight I feel to discover this beautiful white gown without a stain on the hem, or anywhere else, thirty years later. Job well done, Henrie’s. My daughter is getting married in October. She is not wearing my dress, but chances are we will be bringing both dresses to you for your stellar service.<br>⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
