“Value for price is Good. But bothers me they hang my suits on a wire hanger without any cardboard to protect the body of the shoulders. It is noticeably lower quality of care, but they get the job done for the best price in town.“
“Great first experience at Dirk's. I dropped off an heirloom quality down comforter that could use a refresh as well as a dress. They set expectations low upon dropoff that stains may or may not be removable (as you probably should with any type of stain removal service) and returned a really high quality clean.My down comforter cost $55 to clean and was returned spotless and white and fluffy (so nice to have the loft back in the down). I'm ecstatic as it is one of my favorite possessions. The dress clean was $20. I have no idea what others would charge but I went to Dirk's because of the reviews that claim fair and reasonable pricing for the results and I'm not disappointed.“

“Dennis is the guy!He’s been in the Marmalade District for the last 40 years, keeping our clothes looking spic and span the whole time!I made the silly mistake of washing a (borrowed) vintage wool sweater and needed all the help I could get ? He was able to work some fabric magic, and got it stretched out as much as possible and that was plenty for me!He saved me from a major scolding LOL. I trust Dennis to keep me and my garments in mind. ♥️“
“We have really enjoyed the pick up and delivery service with Red Hanger. Every Monday and Thursday i get a reminder that they will be coming the next day, and all I have to do is say yes, and put the bag out and the pick it up and deliver it with everything cleaned and pressed the way I like it. This is a wonderful service.“

“Update. They had a glitch in their system and caused it to get sent to another location. Owner reached out and made things right. I appreciated them.Dropped my suit, a white collared shirt and a bomber jacket off on a Tuesday and was told everything would be done by Wednesday after 5pm. I needed my suit for a wedding by Saturday. I come in Wednesday. It’s not done. Saturday has come. I walk in to pick up my suit and bomber jacket (says it’s racked in their tracking system, white shirt still not done) My stuff is no where to be found. Not on the rack, or anything like the tracker shows. The employee can’t get ahold of manager. I don’t have a suit for my cousin’s wedding. Thank you Henries! ? I will never bring my business to you again.“
