“My air conditioner stopped working on a very hot Sunday afternoon.  A neighbor recommended Arctic Air, which had serviced their air conditioner.  Within 24 hours of my calling Arctic Air that Sunday a very competent HVAC tech was at my home. The tech diagnosed the problem after checking multiple potential causes and installed a temporary part so that the air conditioner would again function while the exact part was obtained and installed a few days later.The entire experience was positive.  An air conditioner stoppage during the heat of the desert summer is a panic event for a homeowner.  Fortunately my neighbor's referral was spot on.  Artic Air was quick, on time, competent, thorough, and leaned in to get us cold air asap.  Throughout the service the tech cheerfully explained to me the problem and solution.  The fee was reasonable and likely in the ballpark for HVAC service.  I would not hesitate to call Artic Air again.“

“I found climate control through google, and chose to call them based upon all of the great reviews. My experience with them has been great, just like all of the good reviews I read about on here. I would recommend this company to everyone!At my house the heating and ac unit was 40 years old and not working and I knew that the unit might have a simple fix, such as getting a new capacitor, but that most likely it was going to be something worse. John came out and checked out the unit and was very honest about what could be done to help me out. Option 1 was to try fixing my unit. It needed a new compressor and capacitor but my unit also had other issues with the fan and just about everything else. He said I can replace what is broken if I can find the parts, but I can’t guarantee that the fix will last because of all the other failing parts. He said it would cost a bunch of money for the compressor and that at the end of the day it would only be a bandaid fix. and that if it were him he would recommend replacing everything.So option 2 was to replace everything he gave me three machines to choose from, and I knew I didn’t have the money to buy a new unit right now. So I said I don’t have the money too pay for this right now. He said that they had financing payment plans that we could check into. So that’s option I went with so we could fix the unit now.He put me on the schedule for the next day, and I was expecting 1or 2 guys to come out and do the install but to my surprise there were at least 6 guys! They finished everything in about 6 hours. They were very professional, friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I am extremely happy with what they did for me give them a call you’ll be happy you did!“
