I got my first pair at 3 years old, I started seeing Seiter a few years ago when he joined the team and was a pleasure to work with and get through my eye exams. The people and service have always gone above and beyond. But today was different, from the check in, to my pre eye exam checks with Sarah & then I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bradley, he was quick but thorough. Explained my results and my options in a great way, got me taken care of and getting my new glasses. Would recommend this place to anyone who will listen, hope to go here forever!“

When I got my new prescription and glasses in January 2024, I was thrilled that I could see clearly again. However, my concentration and comprehension were still the same. I expressed interest in starting Vision Therapy and had 6 sessions of Vision Therapy in February. By the end of the 6th session, those things that I struggled with have gone away. IT DID NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT. I learned that improving these things takes TIME and effort. I was assigned homework and did them every day. Within a month I was able to graduate from Vision Therapy and since then have finished 3 books and could read for hours without losing concentration and comprehending 85-90% of what was read. I went from starting out ~70th percentile reading score (comprehension, tracking) to ~90th percentile. It took me a month to see improvement and it could take others many more, but I truly believed it was through doing Vision Homework everyday, going to Vision Therapy sessions, the care of the Therapists and Doctors that I was able to concentrated longer, comprehend better and LOVE reading.I recommend New Sight Vision Therapy Clinic for all of your eye care needs (glasses, contacts, Vision Therapy, etc.) because they really do change lives. “Within one year of buying some really expensive sunglasses from another company, I had issues with the screw falling out and the arm being loose/coming off. I contacted the original company who was going to charge me $150 for an arm repair. No warranty covering it, sending the glasses and waiting for them to be shipped back.Calling LensCrafters was the best decision. Within 5 min of walking in the store, they had replaced the missing screw on the arm and charged me nothing. Was able to walk out same day with my glasses fixed. I 100% will be purchasing all of my glasses here, given they were willing to fix glasses not bought from them free of charge.“

“Dr. Caywood is so great at addressing every single one of your needs. I went to the Moran Eye Center, and received terrible care.The Dr. spent less than 5 minutes with me, and delivered unnerving news. I went to Dr. Caywood, and he took the time to actually talk to me, and assure me I had options. I could not be more satisfied with the care I recieved with Dr. Caywood. Not to mention, his staff is excellent, they are so welcoming and so willing to help you with anything you need.“

“I had something stuck in my eye that as causing a significant amount of pain. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Plothow to have my eye checked out. He fit me in the same day and he took time to hear my story and spent a lot of time with me examining my eye. It is so hard to find a doctor like Dr Plothow.“

“Great care!!! They were able to get me in the same day I called. I had a sore red eye for about a week, urgent care antibiotics were having zero effect. Dr. Blake was kind listened to my symptoms knew exactly what was going on explained my plan of care and got me on medication that day that started helping my eye.“
