Within one year of buying some really expensive sunglasses from another company, I had issues with the screw falling out and the arm being loose/coming off. I contacted the original company who was going to charge me $150 for an arm repair. No warranty covering it, sending the glasses and waiting for them to be shipped back.Calling LensCrafters was the best decision. Within 5 min of walking in the store, they had replaced the missing screw on the arm and charged me nothing. Was able to walk out same day with my glasses fixed. I 100% will be purchasing all of my glasses here, given they were willing to fix glasses not bought from them free of charge.

I had an eye exam that went well, as far as I know. After eye exam, Jerren, the sales rep, helped me find sunglasses. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the products. Was able to answer technical questions I had about the sunglasses which helped me in my decision-making process.

Chance was a great guy to deal with especially on the phone I was persistent about calling to make sure I could get my glasses asap for work other employees could learn a thing or two and not sound anoyyed saying we will send you a txt only reason this is not a 4 or 3 star is because of chances above and beyond customer service showing he actaully enjoys the job customers and making them happy about having new eyeballs keep up the good work man
