“Firstly, I wanted to thank all of the amazing coaches that I have had the pleasure of working with: Kim, Whitney, Taylor, and Cori.I have never in my life have felt more comfortable at a gym.The coaches really stride on making a gym that not only empowers you, but makes you see real results.I'd like a personal experience,They have a challenge called the 'Iron50' and it's a challenge where you really have to pay attention to what you're eating and make sure that you exercise daily. I decided to do it at the beginning of September (spoilers, I completed it), during the 50 days, my father passed away from COVID-19. This was probably one of the hardest things I have had to deal with. The day after my dad died I was at the gym -- not because it was a destructive 'let me get exercise the pain away' situation, but because it was a place that gave me stability. The iron50 also helped in the fact that I had to keep my mind on other things, healthier things. The coaches went out of their way and gave me a beautiful card, that to this day, I have not been able to read. They supported me in so many ways through my fathers death and were ultimately the reason I still continued on and completed my iron50 goal.If you're wanting to go to a gym where the coaches really care about YOU. I definitely recommend Iron Allies Fitness.I've attached before and after photos of myself, I am not at my goal yet, but you can really see the difference.“

She is the best strength coach I’ve ever had in my hockey career and during the 2 years she trained me I’ve gotten stronger and more mobile despite a hip surgery in between this 2 years. I’ve only done 1 one-on-one with her, and it was a hard workout and it was nice to learn some proper swings, with the conditioning - but mostly, Eliza is an amazing, beautiful, and intense human being.I could trust her and tell her about my PTSD and WHY I wanted to learn this form of self defense, my background, etc. We even did a lil spiritual reading after the session.I immediately signed up for a set of classes but couldn’t follow through for personal reasons (yet).So I told her I can’t. “I've been here for a little over 6 months. My experience is that this gym is new to exercising, or someone who wants a healthy body, especially for girls. First of all, the gym is clean, and the boss is very friendly, especially in the gym. The organization is also good enough unless it's meant to be a professional bodybuilder or power lifter.“
“I’ve been going to the Sandy location nearly a year and it’s been good. The massage chairs could use replacing but I’m happy they’re there. But recently they hired new staff and some new dude has been going around interrupting people’s workouts to tell people to return and wipe down equipment they are literally in the middle of using. It’s worth noting that I’ve never noticed a problem of people returning or wiping down their equipment without being told. It is really annoying and uncomfortable to have staff act this way.“
