“Firstly, I wanted to thank all of the amazing coaches that I have had the pleasure of working with: Kim, Whitney, Taylor, and Cori.I have never in my life have felt more comfortable at a gym.The coaches really stride on making a gym that not only empowers you, but makes you see real results.I'd like a personal experience,They have a challenge called the 'Iron50' and it's a challenge where you really have to pay attention to what you're eating and make sure that you exercise daily. I decided to do it at the beginning of September (spoilers, I completed it), during the 50 days, my father passed away from COVID-19. This was probably one of the hardest things I have had to deal with. The day after my dad died I was at the gym -- not because it was a destructive 'let me get exercise the pain away' situation, but because it was a place that gave me stability. The iron50 also helped in the fact that I had to keep my mind on other things, healthier things. The coaches went out of their way and gave me a beautiful card, that to this day, I have not been able to read. They supported me in so many ways through my fathers death and were ultimately the reason I still continued on and completed my iron50 goal.If you're wanting to go to a gym where the coaches really care about YOU. I definitely recommend Iron Allies Fitness.I've attached before and after photos of myself, I am not at my goal yet, but you can really see the difference.“

“I’m a professional hockey player and I met Jackie while I was playing hockey in Salt Lake. She is the best strength coach I’ve ever had in my hockey career and during the 2 years she trained me I’ve gotten stronger and more mobile despite a hip surgery in between this 2 years. She made working out fun and she took really good care of me and all the other people she was coaching.She has always been ready to explain why we were doing a certain type of exercise rather than another one and I loved this aspect about her.“

“I was scrolling through instagram and came upon an ad for Stronglife. I filled out the questionnaire even though I wasn’t sure I was ready to make a change. Jill kept reaching out and I decided to join. I wasn’t sure if I would even have the motivation to go. I had been in a pretty bad depression but I just kept showing up. I have had the opportunity to train with a few of the trainers and everyone is amazing. I’ve trained with Austen regularly. He’s always been amazing and is helping me to get stronger and teaching me the proper ways to lift. Andrew and Shayla are the other 2 I have worked with and they are both amazing as well. Sydney keeps me accountable and motivated with my eating habits. She has great ideas and suggestions. Plus the people who are clients here are in your corner as well. It’s been really nice to have people who support and care. Not only am I getting stronger and feeling better physically but I feel like I’m able to function in my life and my family is grateful to have their mom and wife more present and not in such a fog. “I've been here for a little over 6 months. My experience is that this gym is new to exercising, or someone who wants a healthy body, especially for girls. First of all, the gym is clean, and the boss is very friendly, especially in the gym. The organization is also good enough unless it's meant to be a professional bodybuilder or power lifter.“
