“I originally requested a bid for fascia, gutter replacement, optional gutter covers, but later changed the scope of the project to include roofing. For this reason I didn't hire Emerald Gotcha Gutters since they don't do roofing. But--with the great service I did receive for bidding only, I'm giving this review. Justin came out and listened to everything requested for fascia, gutters, and gutter covers. He came prepared with samples, color swatches, made recommendations, and gave a demo of exactly how their gutter covers work. He answered questions, explained warranties, took measurements and pictures and was prompt to send a bid. Of all the bids I received, Emerald Gotcha Gutters' was by far the most impressive. The bid included pictures, precise details for the fascia, gutters, and covers, pricing, warranties, colors chosen, and even had images accurately showing where the gutters were to be installed. There would have been no guesswork working from their bid. Justin was also good about following up with me prior to my decision. So, I'm giving them five stars for professionalism, accuracy, details, and promptness. Definitely, recommending Emerald Gotcha Gutters.“

“Tye, one of the owners, came out and bid the install within 48 hours and had the job completed within another 48 hours. It was significantly less than I was told previously by another source. A couple of rains have gone by and seems to be doing wonderfully. I cannot remember the technician’s name but he was fantastic, as well. Very quick and thorough, with no mess left behind. Should I need anything down the road, I will not hesitate to go straight to Double T.“
