Genuinely best threading experience I have ever had. Normally I prefer waxing because my skin is so sensitive but she was so gentle and careful it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as any threading I’ve had before. Also, she made my eyebrows look amazing! I have thick brows and she followed the natural shape really well while making them a little more defined. Definitely my new regular spot!

I took the henna brow course and even with years of permanent makeup experience, specifically involving brows, mapping has been challenging to really nail down. I feel more confident with my mapping skills after taking her course and I’m excited to start offering this new brow service!

I had moose flooring come out for a quote about 2 months ago. I had a big remodel in Park City that needed a lot of different crews on site to finish the project. Jakob, Chris and the crew were super flexible and worked around our other installers. We did a 13 inch wide plank engineered hardwood and I think it turned out really special. Moose did full glue down and nail down for the floor just like we asked. They also fabricated some custom stair nose and baseboard for us that matches the new floors.

It was wonderful, she clearly knows what she was doing, which is not the case for curly hair, people will say they do but don’t actually know . Anyways, terrific pricing and they don’t accept tips which you think would be a bad thing but is actually not. This is gonna be my new go to when I need a cut

When I walked in I was promptly greeted by the cute receptionist and taken right back to meet with Kinley for my hair cut. She had her work cut out for her as I had chopped my own hair just days before. Kinley made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted and agreed we could achieve the look I was going for I had downloaded a reference photo from their website that I really like for and she absolutely slayed my haircut!!!! Brandie gave me exactly what I asked for when it comes to my hair. After going to multiple stylists to fix a bad box-dye job, she pulled the orange/red out of my light brown-blonde hair and it's now a light brown golden color, which is exactly what I wanted.

I have been taking my son here for the past two years. We have had Parker cut his hair and the most recent hair cuts have been done by Michael. Both have been outstanding with the services they provided. My son finally loves getting his haircut! I was looking for someone to take care of lining up my beard for my birthday. I found Fade One at an event at the U and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism. I was even more impressed by their customer service, beard trim, and overall experience when I actually came in. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try.
Atlas is a small barbershop tucked into the upstairs portion of Big Deluxe Tattoo. Finding the place is the most challenging part. Easiest thing to do is check in with the tattoo front desk folks (super nice people) and they will point you to the staircase. The shop is filled with Knick knacks and items showing a range of barbershops over the years. There's an old school candy machine if you've got kids or feeling just young at heart. Adam is the owner and his cuts are superb. My hair is not easy to cut and he does it perfect every time (even the does the sharpest fade I've had in a while).
These guys were great! My husband went for the 1st time today and was so pleased with his cut. They straight razored his neck, and his cut was exactly what he was looking for. We'll definitely be going back, and highly recommend this place.

I’ve always had trouble finding a barber who can consistently do a good job and Rich is just the guy. Not only does it look great right after the cut, but grows out exceptionally well, so well that I often forget to schedule an appointment until it’s been several weeks longer than normal. Prices are also very reasonable, especially for the value he provides. He’s not very chatty but always has cool science documentaries playing on the TV.

European Tan and their team are an amazing establishment.They have always been very accommodating, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I was incredibly impressed that the staff knew who I was by name when I walked in the door. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, to the point that I would just ask them to recommend what I should do each day. They informed me on what each bed did and the pros and cons of each. They would tell me how to get the results I wanted in the time I wanted. I love the fact that they have a red light bed. I found that that made a huge difference in my skin, my body, and my mood. They are very accommodating and send out texts with specials that they are promoting. I have never had bad experience with them. That says a lot considering that’s not the norm of the industry. I would and do recommend European Tan to everyone that is looking for a high quality, comfortable, and pleasurable experience.
My husband and I went on Thursday night and Jesse and Becky took care of us. The service was excellent. The place was quiet and not crowded or cramped TV was low and relaxing. Chairs massagers were good. Highly recommend this for pedicures. Not sure how it would be on a weekend.

I have been to many nail techs and Tania is by far the best. She is extremely detail oriented and gets everything super clean and sharp feeling and looking. She is has tons of color options, literally anything you could ever want. From cuticles, to under the acrylic, to the finish of the nail is done with precision. I literally drive over an hour to see her. I highly recommend her work.

I just happened to pass by this place and look up the ratings and reviews then decided to go in and get my eyebrows threaded. They did an amazing job! The technician I was with talked to me during the process so I was a bit distracted from the pain from threading. She also showed me the first eyebrow and asked if I liked it before moving to the second. She made sure I understood the process as well.
I also got the prepaid bundle for eyebrow treatments so I can go in the next 3 times and get the fourth free. Worth it.

Highly recommend Zoe for haircuts. I have fine, straight hair that is color damaged and need a hairstyle that I do not need to style daily. A lot of salons in Utah will curl your hair after a haircut to hide the choppy layers. Not the case with Zoe - she is a genius at blending layers and creating hairstyles that grow out well. I don’t need to see her for months in between. For me, that is the mark of a great hairstylist.

I’m visiting Salt Lake for the week and wanted to do something nice for myself while I’m here. I found Ero Edge through a quick Google search. There were a lot of options for times and people who could perform the services I was looking for. I scheduled a brow lamination and tint with Emilee, who ended up being the SWEETEST person ever! She was kind, professional and personable—I felt comfortable with her immediately!
Emilee explained the process thoroughly and asked me what I liked for my brows. I could tell that she took her time to ensure that everything turned out nice and she checked in with me to make sure I liked what I saw. I absolutely did! Emilee made me feel so beautiful! I should also mention that the front desk receptionist was also very, very kind!!
The prices here are extremely reasonable, especially for two services. I LOVE that they combine services for one price. I paid a small deposit at the start and that went into my services, so even including a tip, it’s an incredible price for an amazing brow job. So all in all, just an amazing place with wonderful women who know their stuff. I know where I’ll be going next time I’m in SLC!
I've had my hair cut at b space for the last 5 years with Ashton and it's been such a great experience! Ashton is an expert stylist for curly hair and my hair has never looked better thanks to her. Started going here recently since I just moved to the area. I see Kimberly she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The initial consultation was easy, Kimberly helped me decide what length and shape would best achieve what I was looking for. She happily educated me on a few things that in my 8 years of getting lashes no one has ever told me. The lashes look very natural and are light weight. The location itself is thoughtfully put together, very clean but aesthetic even the packaging of the products and box it comes in is well thought out. I found the pricing to be extremely fair and have had great results using their branded lash shampoo. Overall extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Salt City Plumbing has been amazing for us. We lost our 2 hot water heaters in our Salon Suite business. Over 29 hairdressers had not hot water. Salt City, and specifically Payton, got us a quote and had new hot water heaters installed within 24 hours. They are super customer friendly!

I have been a customer for years. Everyone is amazing. Theresa works hard to get someone at your house fast. Last month I had a bathroom sink clogged and she knew I was leaving town. Charlie called me at the end of his day and popped in and removed the clog plus replaced my tub spout that wasn’t working properly. He is the one you want and acted like he had all the time in the world for me.

There aren’t enough words to express how great they were and are.
My boiler installer left a time-bomb for me - used a 1” long black pipe nipple, carefully covered with teflon tape. Needless to say it rusted out and needed to be replaced. 2nd time- bomb was no union so I had to cut it out and re-plumb with a union. England set me up with the right parts based on a photo with a tape aligned with the gap to be filled. I even called to ask a question on the mating surfaces of the union. Just pressure tested, no leaks, first time. Only one trip to England rather than minimum or 3 trips to big box store. England is the best! You pay little more, but expertise and my time are worth it!

Chris did an excellent job cleaning my carpeting, my kitchen and entryway tile and grout look great. He and the owner, Fred, were punctual, professional, friendly and tidy. I live on the second floor of a low-rise building, access can be challenging. They had no problem getting to the area with minimal disruption to my neighbors. Fred had provided me with a quote over the phone, honored the price he said. Would definitely hire them again as my carpet looks fantastic.
It was a cold wet day, so maybe the reason carpet took 24 hours to dry (I'd expected a "dryer" process. Otherwise, did a great job on many grimy stairs snd halls.

I was in a crisis, after getting a positive mold test done by a different company. It was recommended to have mold abatement done. It was also recommended to have our bathroom torn out and replaced. I was given 2 different contractors who luckily didn't call me back. I reach out to Frank (Owner) to come give me an estimate and if he would be willing to demo the bathroom down to the studs. Frank was came and show me that I didn't have a mold problem. I was being taken advantage of. The mold counts we had were similar to out counts and where the testing company were testing was almost assuredly would yield a positive result. We pulled back some molding and sampled some drywall and no mold. Super grateful to find a honest business. In years past Frank helped me with my basement which flooded due to a back sprinkler valve. Will be recommending anchor water damage & restoration to everyone!

I recently had my living room area rug cleaned by Carlos from 801 Wash LLC, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I had moose flooring come out for a quote about 2 months ago. I had a big remodel in Park City that needed a lot of different crews on site to finish the project. Jakob, Chris and the crew were super flexible and worked around our other installers. We did a 13 inch wide plank engineered hardwood and I think it turned out really special. Moose did full glue down and nail down for the floor just like we asked. They also fabricated some custom stair nose and baseboard for us that matches the new floors.
We have a hand scraped hickory wood floor in our house that is 10+ years old. We just put in a new kitchen but loved the old floors. We wanted to freshen them up and Randy was so helpful. He gave us all the tips and sold us some oil and let us use his floor polisher. We oiled, buffed and polished about 2,000 square feet of this floor in a weekend and it looks brand new! I would absolutely choose this floor again and am wondering where else we can put it. These two pictures are of our office and it is before and after oiling and polishing and probably shows the most drastic difference.
We had laminate installed in our basement and carpets were restretched in some rooms. Alycia and Shannon made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. Freddie and Marcus were wonderful to work with as they installed the laminate. They performed their jobs exceptionally well. It was a large job and professionally done in a day. I recently completed a renovation of my kitchen and bath with Crossbeam Builders. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The whole team was very thoughtful throughout the entire experience and took the time to listen to my wishes for the project. I was referred to this company for service on my air conditioner and had read the reviews and wasn’t feeling very confident with them. When the technician arrived I told him I wasn’t pleased with all the negative reviews. He introduced himself (Tony) and explained he was now the new owner and he had laid off all of the technicians that had worked with this company. He was doing all of the repairs himself until he could find well qualified personnel. He was right on time 11am on Monday. Determined what the problem was and submitted his recommendation to Choice before he left my home. He called me Wednesday morning and said he had not received approval from Choice. I sent Choice a message and explained that we were awaiting their go ahead. I had barely sent the message and Tony called and said he had received approval and asked if I was going to be home and he was on his way. He fixed the air conditioner and checked the vents inside. Claim was submitted; analyzed and repaired within five days. Tony is very pleasant and professional. I hope he and his company succeeds! Customer satisfaction all the way.

I paid a mitigation company to treat the water damage but called 25 companies for the restoration before I luckily found Precision. Mike came out and spent time explaining important details, answering questions, and even gave us some priceless advice around some windows where we plan to remodel some day. Lynn is a true gem! Pest control? He kills it. Bonus, he’s also a licensed structural engineer. He has helped us with several projects, starting with a closet to bathroom transition in an Avenues Victorian in 2016, helping us determine the best way to repair a deck that was structurally unsound in 2022, and more recently, determining whether or not a wall was load-bearing in order to make a kitchen/living room open concept. He’s honest; upfront, fair, and does a great job with everything he does. I cannot recommend enough!
We called Salt Lake Pest Control because we were seeing some cobwebs in our garage and some other bugs around the yard. They came out and applied their pest treatments and even cleaned up our cobwebs! We haven’t seen a spider since. Great customer service!

Working with Russ & crew started on a large commercial project. We then contracted him for a personal project, setting out to install a pool and redo our entire backyard. Earthology has been taking care of my yard for years. Because my yard looks so great, several of my neighbors have hired Earthology for their yard care needs. They not only mow and trim my lawn each week, they care about the health of my lawn. They are knowledgeable about lawn care and suggest treatments to help my lawn to look its best throughout the season. Earthology has also done some seasonal clean up and tree trimming for me. I always look forward to Wednesday when the Earthology crew comes to take care me.

Our large hillside lot was an overgrown jungle after a couple of years of neglect. David Armstrong, and foreman Elmer, listened to our concerns, surveyed the problem, offered a detailed contract for the clean-up services at a fair and appropriate price, and brought in a terrific four-man crew who showed up on time and worked hard for three days in July heat. Wow! We are impressed and will definitely be continuing with A Plus Landcare for routine landscape maintenance.

It was the best sod I have ever laid in the past 30+ years.
As we were laying we can across some rolls that were not of the same quality. I was talking to Kyle regarding proper care of the sod after it was laid and mentioned that a few of the rolls were not of the same quality as the rest. Kyle was all over this and asked for pictures and how many rolls were not of the same quality.
We sent pictures and a count of the lower quality rolls.
Kyle made arrangements for us to pick up replacement rolls and did all she could to make things right.

I had a 12 inch branch snap about four feet out from the main tree trunk apx. 25 feet off the ground and was still connected to the broken branch. Jim and his crew showed up the next day as promised! They did a fantastic job and great cleanup, for a good price! If you want it done right, give Jim a call! This was the second time he helped me out! Loved his work and attitude!

These guys are the BEST!! Easily the best dentists I've ever been to. They do a phenomenal job. I had to have two crowns done and not only did they take care of me, but they were able to get the crowns done that night! They are very caring and attentive to your needs. I had some billing issues and Dr. Allred personally reached out to me to discuss all of my bill in detail. Their office reached out the next morning after auditing my account and said that I would be getting a refund of what I had overpaid and issued me a check that day, even gave me the option to pick it up the same day if I didn't want to wait for it to be mailed to me. Dr. Allred is genuinely a good dude who was happy to go over every detail to make sure that I was satisfied. Can't thank them all enough.

My wife just started going to this office. Dr. Canada did a thorough job. My wife said it was the best neck adjustment she has ever had. Only downside is the session was for 45 minutes and was actually only a half hour and the lobby was a bit dirty. The potting soil from the plants had probably been scooped out by a child and thrown on the floor. It’s understandable.

I’ve been going to Dr Conger for at least 7 years now, and I can say the experience is nothing short of amazing. I feel so much better now. At the beginning of the year, I could hardly stand for a few minutes without pain shooting through my lower back and thighs. After following the Drs advice, I’m practically pain free and am able to do the things I enjoy. I couldn’t recommend him and his friendly staff highly enough.

Great doctors! We have been seeing Dr. Loek and Dr. Laporte for years. They take great care of two of my dogs who have struggled with allergies and other health conditions.
We needed to take our dog in for an urgent visit. Our regular vet was booked but suggested we call Holladay Veterinary Hospital. They were able to get us in within a couple of hours. The staff and doctors were so kind and thorough and presented us with several options without making us feel pressured. I would recommend this place to anyone and even had the thought that we should start taking our dog there for his care.

This place is Fabulous! They helped my recently adopted 10yr shitzu Esme'. She has a mammory tumor size of a large kiwi. Dr Gregg, retired surgeon advised xray of lungs & chest, prior to biopsy of mass not to interrupt if infact was cancerous and had spread. To make sure prior to removal. Is compassionate and a great asset to redbutte's already #1 vetinary facility in greater Salt Lake City area. Highly Recommend for anyone's furr baby or pet.

Took my two rescue kittens here to be spayed and neutered. Orchard did a phenomenal job! They send an email with instructions and they are very thorough. Make sure to read carefully - I did have to pay an extra $100 for two carriers that they deemed the proper size for recovery. This was my fault as I took measurements of the outside of the carriers I came with - the instructions state to do INSIDE measurements. Just be aware that if the inside measurements are not within the bounds they set - you will be charged. Also, any blankets you bring, including the one to cover the outside may be subject to being cut up or repurposed for the comfort of your animal. They only have a phone number to call for pick up and it has you leave a voicemail and then they will come out and meet you once they listen to it. If you have something to do right after morning drop off, make sure to give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes. They sent the cats home with cat nip toys which provided my cats with a lot of comfort in the days following their procedures. The kennels I was required to purchase were in great condition. They left me with very clear post op instructions and the surgical sites on both my male and female cats looked great. Would definitely recommend this place to people as I was able to get my cats scheduled for an appointment within 1 week at a very reasonable price.
I was nervous because my rescue cat had never been groomed before and I had no idea how she would do. While dropping her off everyone was so friendly and kind. They did a great job explaining the best options for my cat based on her breed/fur and I felt extremely confident to leave her in their hands. When I got her back her cuteness exceeded my expectations and the haircut was exactly what we discussed, she wasn’t scared or traumatized. The price was extremely reasonable and I will be recommending and returning here for all my pets.

Took our pup Olive here for her first time groomer experience. The staff was very helpful when I called and friendly when dropping our puppy off. We had Aurora as our groomer and she did a great job with what we had requested. The team was also very patient as I am sure I probably had a lot of nervous doggy daddy questions. We had an excellent experience with this business. We were visiting from out of state for a funeral, so we needed daycare. Even though the service we needed wasn't technically available, the owner seemed concerned for the care of our dog and made an exception. She took on the responsibility herself to care for our baby, who isn't used to daycare or kennels. She really helped our stress level during a challenging time.
All the staff seemed very nice and we picked up our happy healthy dog when we were done.

I LOVE Seek! I started regularly going to classes about 3 months ago and it has radically improved my mental & physical health as well as given me a new community in which to feel welcome. I chose to do my 300 hour YTT with Denise at Yoga Assets because I wanted to expand my knowledge and experience personal growth. I love that she is willing to grab a coffee with you to make sure it's the right fit. There are so many options for yoga trainings and I wanted to make sure I found one that would challenge me and change me. The 6 months I spent in this training was powerful. I learned, I grew and I created friendships for life. If you are wanting to become a yoga teacher or grow as a teacher, I highly recommend the programs offered at Yoga Assets.
Hands down the best yoga studio in SLC! Dillion Chase will blow your mind! And the other instructors are all consistently amazing too. I’ve been to other studios where there are only one or two good instructors but at SLPY you can drop into any class and know it’ll be quality.

This is my favorite place to do yoga. I’ve traveled and tried other places, in US and France and have never felt anywhere as safe and comfortable as I feel at the ashram. No need to wear expensive clothes, have athletic background. The classes improved my mental, emotional and physical health. And the trainings are life changing, whether to teach or to learn more about yoga and one self. I am a better person having crossed paths with the school and am grateful to Ma Shakti more than I could ever say. Her teachings are real and practical, she is very intelligent and knowledgeable. I love the variety that I have never found anywhere else. Thanks to her teaching I’ve learned yoga from inside out, I’ve learned to feel what my body has to say. Even in prenatal / postpartum times of my life she is the best, fully tuned in and the best to adapt to our needs. Thank you ?

Rachel was excellent with adjustments and assists, her practice is approachable and her wisdom shines through. I felt welcomed and comfortable, the studio was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Peering through the skylights and windows was a delight throughout the practice. The music was tastefully composed and soothing, especially the ending with singing bowls and gong! I’ve had numerous massages in my lifetime and by far the massage at Kalm Sanctuary was hands down the best ever received! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my recent visit.
The first thing I noticed upon entering Kalm Sanctuary has how whimsical, clean, professional, beautiful and relaxing the atmosphere is at this location.
I’ve been having a lot of lower back and sciatica nerve pain in my leg and the technique used by the therapist was truly exceptional. The therapist at this location has the ability to sense emotionally bound knot which helped with somatic release and long-lasting relief. The attention to detail, rhythmic touch and caring attitude really helped relieve any and all tensions.
The therapist is great at what she does and even took time to chat after the massage. I never felt rushed or pushed to leave and was provided water and ensured I was good before leaving!
I would recommend therapist's at Kalm Sanctuary to anyone in the Salt Lake City area or visiting. This location is for all especially athletes looking for mobility and flexibility issues.

I just got a massage from Camille and I cannot recommend her enough. I can tell the difference between someone going through the motions of a massage and someone who is very intentional and in tune and my experience with Camille was that she was very in tune and full of care for my experience. Also! Sound bowls are an option and I recommend those as well! They were a beautiful addition with not only the tones but the physical vibration felt on and throughout my body. I felt like I got a massage, sound bath, and acoustic vibrational massage all in one!
If you're reading this, then you're in pain or have been for a long time. Maybe you've tried NSAIDs or natural pain numbers. Maybe you've had heavy oil massages, stretched, or done yoga, only to have minimal improvements. You've got tons of inflammation and you don't want to live in physical misery because it hurts the rest of your life. I was in the same spot and my body was ready for something that treated the root of my problem: the fascia.
Fascia is the multi-layered Saran Wrap under your skin. It's a container for everything underneath it like fat, muscle, and bone. It holds your body together like a spider web. It helps you do all the things you like to do like walk, sit, carry children, and shoot pool. But when you get in a car crash, or hit a fence post with your knee on your horse like I did last summer, the fascia gets stretched or crunched. You compensate for those tears and kinks by other parts of fascia getting out of place. That's when your body, definitely mine, starts looking like a multi-train crash. It only gets worse if untreated.
Myofascial release is about getting the train cars straightened out and running smooth again. But it takes time because a good practitioner, like Michael, knows you can't just treat one part of the body. It might take months. It might take years. Everything depends on how long the rest of your body has been compensating for whatever the first injury was.
When Michael treated my knee last year, we also needed to treat above and below the injury. My hip and psoas needed slow and gentle stretching. My lower back needed help, too. After three sessions, the swelling was gone in my knee and my range of motion increased. After another two sessions, I was back on my horse and jumping logs again.
I also suffered from long covid and long mononucleosis this winter and spring of 2024. I had brain fog from all the waste building up in my lymph system. Guess what? Moving your fascia in you head, face, neck, and chest helps move your lymph. When Michael worked the fascia in those areas, it helped reduce my brain fog so my natural waste system could get the rest of the clogged stuff out.
You're going to have to try this. It's not magic, just a holistic view of anatomy and physiology. Have an open mind and give it a shot.

I was experiencing horrible pain in my abdomen and side, along with nausea for several months. I went to several different doctors (GI and Urologist) and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was at my wits end, so I booked an appointment here, figuring it couldn't hurt. The experience was very pleasant and even though there are others in the same space, it feels pretty private. I really appreciated the care that Dr. Mike took with me, and after my first session the pain was 90% gone! I've come in every week now for a month and it's continued to help me feel so much better!
